Inquiries and Consultations
Contact us or schedule a meeting. We’ll discuss your idea, target market, budget, and volume. If this is your first brand, we’ll provide specific recommendations on how to get started with less risk.

Offer and Specifications
We prepare a quote that includes the product type, minimum order quantity, delivery time, and price, along with clearly described specifications. We go over everything together to ensure that you understand every aspect of your product.

Production Confirmation and Planning
Once you approve the quote, we finalize the specifications, order the raw materials, and reserve a production slot for your batch. At this stage, you’ll receive a confirmed schedule and a clear plan for the next steps.

Registration and Documentation
We handle registrations with the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) and prepare the necessary documentation for legal sales in the relevant markets. We explain exactly what the documents cover and how to use them during inspections or when establishing new partnerships.

Production and Quality Control
We manufacture in accordance with approved specifications, with traceability for each batch and laboratory testing. You can receive videos and photos from the production line if you would like greater transparency.

Shipping (6–8 weeks)
The packaged, branded products are delivered to your warehouse within the agreed timeframe of 6–8 weeks. We’re here to help even after the first delivery—for repeat orders, new products, and any questions that may arise.

Работим с гъвкав капацитет — от пилотни серии 500–1 000 броя до десетки хиляди опаковки месечно за по-големи клиенти. При регулярни партньорства резервираме производствени слотове и суровини за вас, така че да имате предвидими срокове и наличност по кампании.
За първа партида обичайният срок е около 6–8 седмици след финално одобрение на формулата, етикета и получено авансово плащане — в това време влизат доставката на суровини и всички регистрации. Повторни поръчки по вече утвърдена формула са по-бързи и обикновено са в рамките на 4–6 седмици, според обема и натоварването на линиите.
С регулярните клиенти работим по производствен календар за 3–12 месеца напред. Вие давате прогнозни количества по месеци или тримесечия, ние блокираме капацитет и суровини и преди всяка партида потвърждаваме финалните бройки и срокове, за да не остават рафтовете празни.
Можем да работим по ваша формула или да доразвием съществуваща такава. Подписваме договор за конфиденциалност, формулата се въвежда с ограничен достъп в нашата система и не се използва за други клиенти без изрично ваше писмено съгласие. Ако тепърва стартирате, можем да предложим и наши готови формули като база за по-бърз старт.
Всяка партида излиза с пълен пакет производствени документи: спецификация на продукта, сертификат за анализ (COA), декларации за съответствие и проследимост на партидата. При нужда съдействаме с нотификация към БАБХ и подготовка на техническо досие, което да използвате при регистрации и проверки в други държави от ЕС.
Цената зависи основно от формата (капсули, таблетки, прах и др.), броя активни съставки, опаковката и тиража. Стартовите серии от 500–1 000 броя обикновено излизат на няколко хиляди евро общо за продукт, а при по-големи партиди единичната цена намалява осезаемо. На първата среща минаваме през идеята ви и ви даваме конкретна ориентировъчна оферта по вашите параметри.
Да, голяма част от клиентите ни са в други държави от ЕС — аптечни вериги, онлайн брандове и дистрибутори. Фабриката е в България, но продуктите, които произвеждаме, се продават в множество европейски пазари, а регистрацията ни във FDA ни позволява да подготвяме партиди и за износ към САЩ според изискванията.
Да, можем да организираме транспорт на готовите партиди до ваш склад или до избран от вас логистичен партньор в рамките на ЕС чрез наши договорени превозвачи. Ако предпочитате да работите със собствен спедитор, подготвяме стоката и документите за вземане от фабриката и координираме товаренето по предварително уговорен график.
